HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?
All orders ship within one-three weeks depending on current volume, and the specific production of the item you ordered. If you need it by a specific date, please contact me and see if we can make it happen! Please be aware that you may be charged a rush fee, but you will be aware of this before either of us agree to anything!
Please note that if you require a custom design, it may take longer with the back and forth discussions to finalize your proof.
I SAW SOMETHING ONLINE THAT I LOVE... CAN YOU MAKE IT?!
I love designing new products, so I welcome these resquests. If you see something you love on Pinterest, Google, Facebook, etc. send it over to me and we will see what we can do!
I LIVE IN THE RICHMOND, VIRGINIA AREA TOO! CAN I PICK UP MY ITEM INSTEAD OF HAVING IT SHIPPED?
Sure! Just send me a message and I will give you a coupon code for free shipping. We can arrange to meet or you can pick it up from us at our location.
WILL I GET A PROOF OF MY DESIGN?
If you have selected a design template for your custom engraved product, then we will send a proof over to you upon request only. However, if you have having a totally custom design created for your product, we will always send a proof for approval before engraving. Please note that in this case, an order cannot be completed until proof is approved.
CAN I GET TWO SIDES ENGRAVED?
Yes, you absolutely can get both sides of your product engraved. There is a $4 fee per/cup to do this. Please keep in mind the $4 is only if you are selecting from one of our custom design templates. If you are looking for a custom design, there may be other fees associated.

I AM PURCHASING MORE THAN ONE ITEM. CAN THEY BE DIFFERENT DESIGNS IF I PURCHASE THEM AS A SET?
Sure! As long as you choose from our custom design templates, we are happy to let you mix and match designs at no additional fee!
WHERE DO I PUT MY CUSTOM INFORMATION?
When checking out you will have the opportunity to give all custom information for engraving, or any other special requests in the “Add an optional note to seller” box.
I AM PURCHASING MORE THAN ONE ITEM. DO YOU OFFER BULK DISCOUNTS?
We do give price breaks for ordering multiples of the same product! These discounts are factored into our pricing for all listings involving sets of multiples. If you do not see a listing with the specific quantity you are interested in, please let us know and we will let you know if you are eligible for a bulk discount.
